When filter with "data-or" is used, sorting goes wrong

Im also experiencing this. It appears that it sorts by filter name first and then the data-path. I setup a codepen to illustrate:

You will notice I copied one of your demos and added "gender" as filter. When you check both "male" and "female" they come out in this order (all male then all female, not mixed alphabetically):
