Third beta

Documentation is now included for both C++, Java and Python. The documentation for Java and Python is automatically generated from Swig-generated code, so the quality is not the best. Look at the sample projects for further explanation. I have also added an armv7l target as the armv6l binaries caused problems on armv7l.

The flic command line tool now has a help command.

Second beta

Static linking caused problems with glib2-libraries. This release uses dynamic linking exclusively. This might require users to install necessary packages.
