DDR3 memory module. This is important as you want to have large distributed memory accessible from multiple path.
The Gowin FPGA package does have fast SRAM on board

m.2 for NVMe mass storage module (We do net yet have a PCIe Gen 2 root complex for FPGA, so in the beginning it might be better to do a SATA SSD module)
