[Bug] people page link is lowercase but user page is case-sensitive #43

In People page, user page links are generated using all lowercase (e.g. https://aosc.io/people/~coelacanthushex and https://aosc.io/people/~neochen1024 ), but actual user page link is case-sensitive (e.g. https://aosc.io/people/~CoelacanthusHex and https://aosc.io/people/~NeoChen1024 ).
When we clicked on the username in the "People" page, this prevented us from being redirected to the user page.
