FreeCAD Ribbon

An Ribbon for FreeCAD, based on the PyQtRibbon library (https://github.com/haiiliin/pyqtribbon) and on the work of HakanSeven (https://github.com/HakanSeven12/Modern-UI) for the Modern-UI workbench.
