When setting up the APSIM model for intercropping, the output file will output two identical corn and soybean growth period values (the values are exactly the same), but when plotting in the plot, there is only one corn and soybean growth period value, and only one is displayed in the XY graph. Is my model setup reasonable. Can it be used.

I don't see a problem here - apart from having a report file with two columns having the same name. Both crops are sown & harvested at the same time, and each has its own development curve (soybean is blue, maize red).

You can use the "as" keyword to rename the output columns to what you want, eg paddock.soybean.stage as soybeanStage
