Any module can supply a CO2 variable - a manager component, as a column or static variable in the met file, etc..
When the plant module does its daily process, it asks the system for CO2 - if something turns up, it will use it, if not it assumes 350ppm.
Some plant modules omit the co2 sensitivity tables; if they notice that co2 is not 350 (ie they are running in a simulation that is only partially configured for co2), then they'll throw an error.
I noticed that there is a CO2 setting in the plant module, can I change it here or just enter it in the Met file?
