Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently it is only possible to download the official artifacts from Github.

Describe the solution you'd like

To enable users of a fork or prepackaged Camunda Modeler instances, it would be great to configre the download path. We should keep in mind that we would like to support multiple OS, even for this config.
