Cache Eviction Date: Any crashes BFF #472

Steps to reproduce

Open BFF desktop app connected to FMS
On the left pane, click Filter
Find & click "Cache Eviction Date"
Click "Any value"
Actual result: BFF crashes (white screen)
Expected result: modal says "All files with any value for Cache Eviction Date"

Notes

Clicking "No value" instead of Any also triggers this bug
