Support of G and P group typed donors in the scoring algorithm

Matching and match prediction have been implemented for G and P-group types patient and donor genotypes, but scoring - a feature not explicitly required by WMDA - was never fully officially supported for these types.

Scoring will work for such genotypes, but the algorithm hasn't been signed off by experts, and there may be some unanswered questions:

e.g.,

• should all alleles be considered or is consolidated data sufficient
• should null alleles in G groups be considered when scoring?
  ...And so on.

These rules previously came from the AN HLA Working Group, for other typing methods. Such an authority would need consulting again in this case.

FYI @mmelchers - if you do end up using the scoring information returned by Atlas, we may want to revisit this and ensure that the results for G and P group typed genotypes are treated as you'd expect.
