Hi, thanks for your great work about SCEVAN!
I found SCEVAN annotated confidentNormal cells , supplied by norm_cells ,as 'tumor'. How should i interpret an output like this ? Since confidentNormal cells cound be annotated as tumor cells, will these cells also be included into subclonal analysis?

Thanks for the report, it is very strange that this happens.

You can share the output of the *heatmap.png file or, if you are analysing public data, share it so that you can replicate the problem.

Thanks for your interest. Regards.
