Hello ArduPilot Team,
We have developed and tested a new flight controller board named ORBITH743, based on the STM32H743 microcontroller. It has been successfully tested with ArduPilot (Copter and Plane) in various configurations, including GPS, OSD, telemetry, and peripheral support.
This PR adds the necessary configuration files and hardware definitions to support this board in the ArduPilot.
We kindly request your review and consideration for merging this target into the master branch.
