100% cpu usage

When I switch to Atlas power scheme my cpu jumps and stucks at 100% usage immediately whatever tasks Im doing at that moment. When I switch back to any other power scheme it normalizes.

You ran a script in the atlas folder that causes this, You can revert this by running the following.

Also just to note, your cpu isn't actually at 100% usage, task manager just reports it badly when cpu idle is disabled.
Other apps like process explorer/hacker show calculate it in a better way (25h2 windows may adopt their method when that releases)
