Running a playbook that lists the solr role before biocache-service results in runtime errors like this:

Caused by: org.apache.solr.common.SolrException: Could not load conf for core collection1: Error loading solr config from solr/collection1/conf/solrconfig.xml

Moving the solr role after the biocache service fixed the issue.

I am seeing this issue when trying to install sandbox using ansible
