nameindex, nameindex_user for biocache-backend #221

It looks that the nameindex role need tomcat or the variable nameindex_user:

and tomcat role is not present https://github.com/AtlasOfLivingAustralia/ala-install/blob/master/ansible/biocache-backend.yml
and nameindex_user is not here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AtlasOfLivingAustralia/ala-install/master/ansible/inventories/vagrant/biocache-backend-vagrant
