Disable nginx server_tokens

Security vulnerability reports sometimes complain that the nginx version is visible in responses. This can be fixed for those who see it as a vulnerability by setting the following in the nginx server configuration:

server_tokens off;

This issue is tracking automating that setting using ansible.
