Make sure the following ecodata APIs are accessible via BioCollect.

  1. /ws/record/listRecordsForDataResourceId - use projectId instead of data resource id.
  2. /ws/project/$projectId/archive -

Check if user has at least Editor permission before accessing these APIs. Also, check if project's ALA harvest flag is switched on and has a data resource id. Add these checks into a method to enable re-use.

Add these APIs to open API definition and api gateway.
