Regeneration of records has brought to light that some records as creating new occurrence IDs. This might be primarily due to speciesOutputId not being present in the activity/output's species object. Write a script to reconcile the occurrence ID of record with speciesOutputId.

Some example data resources are

We have paused the biocollect load job for now till this is resolved.
