Add a new admin sub-tab for project stats to allow admins to monitor and report on project KPIs (definition of these to be provided by Peter Brenton). Expect these to use a combination of:

  1. Google charts rendering queries against activities and records
  2. Google charts rendering queries against audit results
  3. Selected Google analytics results
