Citizen scientist specialising in documenting the fish of the lagoons on Norfolk Island.
Dataset of images and records.

We already have 5,571 records from SP in ALA via iNaturalist

  • Excellent meeting with SP
  • Has a DB of over 120K images but not all will be used due to quality etc...
  • Details of occurrences in DB species Ids etc...
  • Currently 5,572 Occurrence records and 5,509 images from SP in ALA via iNaturalist
  • inaturalist updates fairly regularly but it is arduous to do so.
  • Would like rest of the archive to go to ALA

Next steps

  • Send CSV of records currently in ALA
  • SP to provide sample data
  • SP to give estimate of how many images will be included
  • Images - need to determine how we can get them for in one-off load.
