DOI not generated for a download (seems intermittent)

After running 2 occurrence record downloads within a few minutes of each other, one download worked normally (https://doi.ala.org.au/doi/10.26197/ala.9682176d-77b5-48ba-a2a2-18205182d90b).

The other download is:

• not listed under "My Downloads" https://doi.ala.org.au/myDownloads
• Not showing on ALA DOI https://doi.ala.org.au/
• had no DOI link in the download email
• had the following notice at the end of the email "A DOI was requested for this download however it could not be minted"
• The download files themselves were fine, and I could access them from the link in the download email.

Both downloads appeared on the My Downloads in progress queue while they were downloading, and disappeared off the queue shortly after they had finished.

Each download was for 142,830 records, Macropus giganteus
