Take the user back to the data tab of the collection home page after data is uploaded to the sandbox

When the collection is configured to allow editors to upload their own occurrence data, there is a new Data tab with a button to upload data. This button takes the user to a page with the sandbox upload ui embedded in it.

After data has been uploaded, the user is left on that page, with the only indication that the upload has finished being the status bar below the upload button.

Ideally, the user should be taken back to the data tab, and the list of uploaded data sets should be updated to include the one they just added.
