Points to Grid creates an uncomplete layer

Both in the ALA (and our Flemish version) the point to grid function creates a similar faulty map. An uncomplete raster map (only one vertical band?) was created

Flanders
Tools points to grid
-> extend 'Flanders'
-> Lifeform Birds
-> points to Grid -> Grid cell size 0.05 --> produce occurrence density layer

Australia
Tools points to grid
-> extend 'My rectangle'

Issues found

• The paging on the biocache-service was not operational. I suspect this was the actual issue here as only the first 50k occurrences were in use.
• Sites by species csv and species density grid were not fetching the correct biocache-service field.
• Small grids with a large moving average fail.
• There was a rounding error in the process.
