A few smaller changes for the area report

Remove FEOW and TEOW from default area report. These layers were removed from the ALA some time ago and the area report still lists them.
Sort expert distributions table by scientific name.
There was an addition for the references page, not at hand right now.
Add a description to the expert distributions page.
