Playback Controls Missing in Landscape Mode when playing audio

Description

Whenever I have the fullscreen player open and rotate my phone to landscape orientation, the playback controls disappear. The only way to get them to reappear is to rotate back to portrait orientation or lower the player to access the small controls.

There are no play/pause or other payback buttons. This is on audio podcasts.

If I try to scroll up while in landscape orientation, the extra controls (playback speed, archive episode, etc.) appear at the bottom of the screen. But the normal playback controls do not.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

• Play an audio episode of a podcast
• Expand the audio player to see the larger artwork, playback and effects controls
• Rotate device to enter landscape mode
• Note that the artwork is visible but the playback and effects controls are missing.

I wasn't able to reproduce this on my Android device.

• Used Dark Mode
• Locked the screen orientation in Android settings
• Turned off episode artwork
