Update token in do_connect event

Purpose

This should help with token refresh, though I need to research again when exactly do_connect is called and if this is resetting too often (I could look at the token expiry).

Does this introduce a breaking change?

When developers merge from main and run the server, azd up, or azd deploy, will this produce an error?
If you're not sure, try it out on an old environment.
