This is the first point in time release of the Azure Landing Zone, which allows downstream users (CAF, WAF, Bicep, Terraform, etc.) and customers to pin to specific versions of the Azure Landing Zone, until they are ready to move to the next or updated version.
This is a hygiene change; it is not breaking and has no impact on how deployments are done today.
