transmission intervall from 0 ms in opus codec.

Dear All, Like i said or as I said in a issue that Bjoern closed I sugged this possibility because is important for example for 5g users or for users with a fast connection for Bjoern is a problem but for me is a big idea! Now i go to paste the issue that i written.
I'd like all that in team talk the interval trasmission is 0 ms and no 20 ms because I'd like to experiment to speak with people and my friends on team talk with a minimum value interval of 0 millisecond because I don't like transmit with minimum value of 20 ms.
