Windows 11 sound devices issue

Hi, is anybody else experiencing this issue? When running windows 11, and using the regular QT Client, sometimes when you start up the Client, it says failed to initialize sound input an output devices? This happens when I restart my windows 11 computer. It is an HP pavilion laptop, and it does have HP audio stuff so I don't know if that could be the culprit, but I've been getting an issue where it says failed to initialize sound inputs and outputs. The only way to fix it is to close the app and start it up again for the second time and then it works. Not sure what the cost could be.

As an experiment, I attempted to delete my configuration file, and start over, and for some reason it seems to fix the issue so maybe it was just an error in my configuration, but it happened when I upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11. So I'm not quite sure what the problem was.
