Problem with TeamTalk for Android: the program does not work in the receive mode, but it works in the transmit mode

Hello!

Help us, please, to solve a problem with Samsung SM-T225 (2021) tablet, Android 11. The last version of TeamTalk application (downloaded from Google Play in 04 aug 2022) is perfectly installed and configured. But, unfortunately, it is impossible to use it: in the voice chat (we have a group of visually impaired people), the interlocutors cannot be heard, and the chat participant who is currently speaking is not even highlighted in green. However, voice transmission from this tablet to the chat works fine - the owner of the tablet is perfectly audible. That is, the program does not work in the receive mode, but it works in the transmit mode. Permissions for TeamTalk in Android are set. The speaker volume in TeamTalk and Android is configured. For the rest of the chat participants, everything works fine.

What could be the reason for such work of TeamTalk on the Samsung T225 tablet and how to fix it?
