qt client: add the ability to change people's subscriptions from the online users as whel because it is so annoying in some cases

Description

i don't want to disable everyone's private message subscription or any subscription from the connection tab from the teamtalk's settings, but sometimes i'm in a publick server, in a locked channel talking to people, and someone comes in the server, but they doesn't join any channel, they stay only in the online users list, and they start sending me unwanted private messages, and i have no choise but to lissen, because we can't change subscriptions from the online users dialog, the subscription submenu and its options are not in the context menu: so please add the subscriptions to the online users dialog as whell, so we don't face these problems: today someone was keep annoying me with this faqt and i had to disable my all private message reseavings from the connections tab: thanks a lot if you consider this, it's really really annoying if someone is annoying you and you can't do anything: 5.14
