Search requests are sent two times on the server

Preconditions:
User is logged in to the system

Environment:
OS Windows
Browser Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the 'Journal' section
2. Enter some text to the search field on the Journal sidebar
3. Pay attention to the requests on the server

Actual Result:
Search requests are sent two times on the server

Expected Result:
Each search request is sent one time
