Charging several devices during dispatch

I have a tesla set up in the Octopus app and thus qualify for Intelligent Go.
However, I have other electric vehicles and Octopus only accepts one.
Do you know if I can charge other vehicles using standard home assistant automations and benefit from the Intelligent tariffs?

Secondly, I am a bit confused between "off peak" and "dispatch" and which is better to use.
