Problem
A bug in the ASN.1 Compiler has necessitated reverting the VehicleEventFlags bitstring to its 2020 version. As a result, the new eventJackKnife bit introduced in the 2024 revision does not appear in output BSMs. However, the release notes may give the misleading impression that J2735 2024 is fully supported.
Solution
The release notes have been updated to specify that there is only partial support for J2735 2024. They now also include an explanation of the reversion of the VehicleEventFlags bitstring to its 2020 version.
