In previous versions of InvenioRDM, we were wrongly registering DOIs even for fully restricted records. This has been fixed. However, we need to find all records affected by this.

  1. Identify the fully restricted records with a DOI
  2. contact the user and see if at least metadata can be made public
  3. otherwise, delete the DOI
