Description: As an instructor, I want to be able to endorse/approve posts and replies from other students and instructors so that my students know that the specific answer to a question is valid and considered correct.

Priority: High (2/10)
Justification: Medium implementation difficulty level, but high impact to the student-instructor interaction dynamic. We want to focus on features that would be core to a classroom Q&A platform experience.
