[P1A User Story] Password recovery

Description: As a general registered user of the platform, I want to have a way to recover my password so that I don't need to register for a new account if I forgot my current login.

Priority: Medium (6/10)
Justification: This is fairly hard to implement, but we think that this will add a lot of necessary flexibility to the site and reduce user friction. We rated this medium priority because we wanted to implement the other core interaction related features.
