i have installed pinecraftOS on my raspberry pi 5, but when i run Sudo pinecraft, it opens the pinecraft 4.1 installer, with no 1.21 option, am i doing something wrong?

the same thing happened to me, even after doing apt update and upgrade. i gave up and checked on it the next morning. It was updated to 1.21! i don't know how this happened, or how i can do it manually. i can now use 1.21, but it is a horrible way to update, just waiting for an unknown period of time and checking every hour.

EDIT: after a reinstall, the same thing happened but as soon as the clock ticked noon 1.21 appeared as an option. this leads me to conclude that it checks for updates once every hour, but it would still be nice to see comment from the devs on this.

you can rush bash on the update file inside of the pinecraft directory to manually trigger an update
