It whould be very practical to be able to choose which minecraft version you want in the installer. This might need a change to the current seed/version page.

For example first you choose the seed like usual then choose fabric, paper, etc and then you can choose which version you want to use from the ones available.

A kinda small update which might be very good in the end.
