Seems I need to reset the GPU somehow, after suspend.

The GPU rails seem to be able to be shut off upon resume by runtime services.

I'll reopen this if I encounter any other issues relating to this.

I encountered a kernel panic from a hard CPU lockup, reopening...

I'll look though these logs. The hard lockup panic didn't get its stack logged.
