[Feature Request] Start a game stream with specific settings via an intent

Thank you for evolving the moonlight client!

It would be great if we could launch a stream with specific settings via an android intent. Examples:

• Resolution
• Bandwidth
• Resolution Scale
• Mouse input type
• Frame pacing
• HDR
• etc

Context:

I often launch moonlight games from a custom android launcher. Currently, there are a handful of situations (network changes, touch/mouse input game requirements, etc) where I need to switch between moonlight and the launcher to fiddle with settings before launching.
