Purpose
closes #1181
Update the documentation in the
run_amip.jldriver to reflect recent changes. This still isn't the ideal solution, since a lot of information that was previously in the driver "tutorial" is hidden in thesetup_run.jlfile, but this is all I have time for right now. In the future we should make add a better tutorial to the docs that goes through the steps done insetup_run.jl.
