This is largely a maintenance release to bump dependencies. Minor changes were made to the logging behaviour when creating a contract account.

This is a minor release where we've bumped the versions of some of the dependencies so they're all up to date and fixed a minor issue with multiple adds of private keys into the EOS JsSignatureProvider in some cases.
