Discussion of Jinmengs proposal of minimal required QC metrics - her document lays out the use of CV terms that comprise a (minimally required) metric what cv terms you would require metric in a file

• make clear these are proposals
• reference other used (minimum) requirement documents
  • clear nomenclature differences between involved documents (and ontologies)
  • also consider repository and journal submission requirements docs
• check for ambiguities

AP:

• run MIAPE list (general and instruments sections) by instrumentation vendors
• construct cv list

Open questions:

• which metrics from that list are requirable (ori. probably too long)
• what about replication indication
