Learn about vigilant mode.

Due an comparing with Helios export Modules we found many Missing exports and typos in our Modules.
so we have fixes and added them. The modules are:
A-10C ,Harrier ,FA-18C , KA-50, Mig21, M-2000C - typos, fixes, addings (Helios)

+F-16 - Tacho fix, Correction to the handling of duplicate IFF items
+A-10C - new string outputs for AM, FM, ILS Frequencies
+Mig 21 - Landing Light bug fix
+F-14 - RIO CAP BTN fix
+Mig 19 - ARK 5 Tune Fix
+UH1 - typo fixed

*Testers needed for: FW190 A8, MB-339PAN, MiG-15bis, MiG-19P, Yak-52
