Created Seek Functionality

- Closing #25
  - 'Seek()' in GuidedBathAvenue is the main functionality for navigating. hand it an event number and it will take you there in the audio clip and the subitltes
  - does not currently work because the single audio clip isn't integrated
- fork before integrating single clip

  • Closing Create Seek() Class #25
