Prepare an email for HTT annotation querries

I'd like to ping everyone that has inquired about annotating. A short simple polite email that can nudge everyone to participate.

I'd like to also ping our collaborating pathologists and ask that they do ROI selection on four images. Besides getting the job done, which we despearately need, they should see the new tool for the process and provide feedback on the process guide.
