Per @EPTamminga , we should have a way to more easily track, collaborate on, and maintain instructions to aid the ecosystem in migrating former Evoq customers to DNN Platform.

I think that there should also be an entry in the docs with documentation on how to migrate the other way around: from DNNPlatform to Evoq

@EPTamminga I feel that's more the responsibility of DNN Corp, and I think they've already documented this well somewhere. At least, I know it publicly existed many years ago when I was still an employee. :)
