Sitekey is unknown at the time of application start

Hi,

I have a question about the v3 version. I don't have the sitekey at the the time of application start so I cannot install it as a plugin with the key. I get the key from the backend later. I could use the v2 component for this, but I don't what't the suggested way to do it in the v3 version.
