What does this PR do?

Adds mappings csv files generated by DataDog/semantic-core under <integration>/assets/semantic_core/mappings.csv

Motivation

Associated with https://github.com/DataDog/semantic-core/pull/336

These files will be used for public documentation.
These files are added to this repository to leverage APW, to automatically generate PRs to this repository on mappings changes in the semantic-core repository.
